Millet is quick and easy to cook in the KRC-140 multicooker. Millet is very healthy, extremely versatile in the kitchen, and contains many nutrients such as iron, calcium, and magnesium.

Ingredients:
1 x millet e.g. from Alnatura Bio Millet
1 1/2 cups water
Preparation:
Rinse the millet thoroughly with hot water, then add 1 1/2 cups of water to a pot of millet. Set the cooking time to "White Rice" in the menu, and when the remaining time reaches approximately 12 minutes, stop cooking, as millet cooks very quickly.
Millet is a great side dish for meals. It's also delicious in cold cereal or salads.
