Making hazelnut butter in the KSB-200. How to quickly and easily make your own hazelnut butter in the KeMar KSB-200.
Ingredients
200 g roasted hazelnuts
3-4 tbsp vegetable oil or coconut oil
4 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp ground vanilla pod
1 tbsp coconut blossom sugar or raw cane sugar
preparation
Roast the hazelnuts on a baking sheet at 120°C (250°F) for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Grind the nuts using the Masher program for about 1 minute. Then add the remaining ingredients to the blender jug and blend for 2 minutes using the Masher menu until creamy. If the cream starts to settle to the edges of the blender jug, turn off the machine and repeatedly scrape it toward the blades with a spatula. Then continue blending until it reaches a creamy consistency.
