Blueberry dessert with Oreo cookies. A quick dessert to prepare. Guaranteed to be delicious!
Ingredients
For 2-4 people:
1 cup of cream
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1/2 cup of quark (100 g)
1/2 cup Schwand (100g)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
50 g sugar or agave syrup
125 g blueberries
4 Oreo cookies
preparation
First, whip the cream with the KSM-800 whisk attachment and stir in the vanilla sugar. When the cream begins to stiffen, stir in the remaining ingredients on the lowest speed.
Now place the crushed Oreo cookies and a few blueberries into glasses. Add a layer of whipped cream on top. Then sprinkle another layer of Oreo cookies and blueberries on top, and cover with the whipped cream. Sprinkle a few Oreo cookie crumbs on top for decoration. Enjoy.
