Ingredients:
1 carrot
3 medium-sized potatoes
1 onion
1 garlic clove
200 grams of beans
50 grams of celeriac
1 leek
1/2 zucchini
8 small tomatoes
approx. 1/2 l vegetable broth
1 tsp coconut oil for frying
Fresh herbs (parsley, basil, etc.)
Salt
pepper
Preparation:
Finely chop the onion and garlic. Dice all the vegetables. Set the menu to SOUP and cook for 1 hour and 30 seconds. Sauté the onions and garlic in coconut oil. Gradually add the vegetables to the pot and sauté briefly. Add the vegetable stock and close the lid. After the cooking time, season to taste with salt, pepper, and herbs. Enjoy.
