Walnut bread in the multicooker KIC-180 from KeMar

Cranberry Walnut Bread in the KIC-180 Multicooker. Quickly and easily prepare fruity bread without yeast.

Menu:

Cake - 60 min. + 15 min. from the other side

Ingredients:

160 g walnuts

200 g cranberries (dried)

450 g rye flour

15 g baking powder

100 g natural yogurt

2 eggs

80 ml milk

1 pinch of salt

Preparation:

Roughly chop the walnuts and cranberries. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Then knead all the ingredients until you have a smooth dough. Pour the dough into the titanium ceramic-coated pan and press it down lightly. Thanks to the coating, greasing is not necessary. Close the lid of the appliance and set the CAKE menu to 60 minutes, then press START. If you prefer your bread a little lighter, you can shorten the baking time slightly. Then turn the bread out of the pan, place it back in the pan the other way around, and bake for another 15 minutes. Since the cake function can only be started after 45 minutes, simply press the off button after 15 minutes and turn the bread out of the pan onto a wire rack to let it cool slightly. Enjoy!
