Menu:
High + Low - 3 1/2 hours
Ingredients:
1.4 kg pork or beef
1 bunch of soup vegetables
1 glass of stock
Preparation:
Sear the meat, season with pepper and salt, cook for about 2 1/2 hours on "High", then 1 hour on "Low". Let the meat rest in aluminum foil, put the sauce in a pot and puree, cut the meat into thin slices and serve.
