Watermelon and banana smoothie with coconut butter and yogurt. A refreshing smoothie that tastes especially good in hot summer temperatures.
Ingredients
For two glasses:
1/2 mini watermelon
100 ml natural organic yogurt
3-4 ice cubes
1 teaspoon coconut butter or coconut oil
1 banana
preparation
Combine all ingredients in a 2-liter blender and select the smoothie program (1 minute). Garnish with mint leaves, if desired, and serve chilled immediately.
