Smoothie with spinach and prickly pears.
Ingredients:
500 ml chilled coconut water
1 banana
2 peeled prickly pears
1/2 bag baby spinach (blanched)
2-3 ice cubes
Preparation:
Blanch the spinach briefly in boiling water to reduce the oxalic acid. Then rinse briefly under cold water. Place all ingredients in the 2-liter container and run the smoothie program for 1 minute.
