Papaya milkshake with kefir.
Ingredients
1/2 medium-sized papaya, deseeded and peeled
100 g yogurt
100 ml kefir or buttermilk
If you like, you can add oat flakes
preparation
Peel half a papaya and remove the seeds. Then cut the papaya into small pieces. Add all ingredients to a 2-liter container and run the smoothie program (1 minute). You've got a delicious breakfast drink.
