Hot Air Technology & Performance The KeMar KHF-400 operates with a powerful 1,500-watt heating element and targeted hot air circulation. This allows food to be prepared with less added fat or oil compared to traditional frying.

The material is tasteless and odorless and allows for monitoring the cooking process. Both containers are supplied with matching lids, allowing prepared food to be stored covered directly in the container.

4 Automatic Programs & Manual Control

The hot air fryer has 4 pre-set programs for preparing various dishes such as French fries, potato wedges, spring rolls, shrimp, chicken nuggets, steaks, fish, casseroles, or for baking bread rolls. The Recrispprogram is used for reheating, warming, and defrosting frozen foods such as meat, fish, vegetables, or baked goods.

Borosilicate Glass Container & Visibility

The KHF-400 is equipped with two borosilicate glass containers (1.5 liters and 4.0 liters capacity). The glass material is food-safe, taste and odor-neutral, and resistant to mechanical abrasion. The transparent design allows for 360° all-round visibility for optical control of the cooking and browning level during operation. The containers can be safely transported using the side handles on the frame.

Cleaning & Care

The glass containers and the included stainless steel insert grid can be removed for cleaning and are dishwasher-safe.

Control Panel & Adjustment Ranges

Control is via a digital touch control panel. Time and temperature can be set manually and adjusted during the cooking process. The time setting ranges from 1 to 60 minutes, the temperature range is between 60 °C and 200 °C.

The special, twisted heating coil and fan circulate hot air quickly and effectively within the glass basket. The heat reaches the food evenly from all sides. The integrated stainless steel grille also ensures optimal air circulation underneath the food.

The difference between a regular oil-fired deep fryer and an air fryer is that little to no oil is needed for cooking. You can save up to 70-80% less fat than with traditional frying methods*.

HIGH-END TOUCH CONTROL

Touch operation

The KHF-400 features modern one-touch operation. The Airfryer is incredibly easy to operate and ergonomically designed from the top, within easy view. Simply select an automatic program and press the start button. The KHF-400 takes care of the rest. If you want to get creative, simply use the manual time and temperature settings. From 1 minute to a maximum of 60 minutes, and with a temperature setting from 60°C to a maximum of 200°C, the range is very wide, leaving little to be desired.

OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES

Non-stick insert

The two optionally available non-stick inserts (BPA-free) can be used instead of the stainless steel grid in the KHF-400 air fryer. These are available in sets for the 1.5-liter and 4.0-liter glass containers. Ideal for fish fingers, spring rolls, and any breaded dish, for example. However, the insert can also be used for any other dish, depending on your personal preference.

Practical storage

Included in delivery are two lids for each of the glass containers for convenient storage after cooking. The glass containers can also be used without lids for casseroles, for example, in the oven.
