The pressure cooker has 15 different programs that allow you to prepare a wide variety of dishes with a single appliance. You can prepare various types of rice, slow cook, cakes, bread, egg soup, and even homemade yogurt. With the optional steamer insert, you can simultaneously steam vegetables and cook rice in a pot.

INNER POT MADE OF STAINLESS STEEL SUS304

The extra-thick inner pot is made of stainless steel and improves heat transfer to the food. The food is optimally coated with heat, making it lighter and more flavorful than in conventional cookers.

The inner pot has no coating. Stainless steel is free of lead and plasticizers. It is extremely acid and heat resistant. The material is corrosion-resistant and rust-proof, and easy to clean in the dishwasher.

In a pot, food can be prepared with very little fat and energy, preserving vitamins and nutrients. The food won't burn, and food won't stick to the bottom of the pot.

HOW LONG DOES KEEP WARM MODE RUN AFTER THE REGULAR COOKING TIME?

After cooking, the rice cooker automatically switches to keep-warm mode. This keeps the rice warm at approximately 70°C for a maximum of 12 hours and then switches itself off for safety reasons.

IS THE INNER POT DISHWASHER SAFE?

Yes, the pot is dishwasher safe, but we advise against it, as the aggressive cleaning salts in dishwasher tablets can damage the stainless steel. We recommend cleaning with lukewarm water, a little dish soap, and a soft sponge.

WHAT IS VAPOR PRESSURE TECHNOLOGY?

A pressure cooker is a cooking pot that can be sealed tightly against pressure. If the pot is tightly sealed and constant heat is applied, the water inside the pot evaporates. This creates steam that cannot escape. The pressure inside the pressure cooker increases over time, as more and more steam is produced, but there is always only the same amount of space for the steam. The increased pressure causes the water to boil.

Advantages of steam pressure technology:

• Faster cooking time thanks to more effective heat conduction and pressure build-up
• Low energy consumption and heat loss.
• Even heating of the food in the pot
• No manual adjustment of the pressure is possible and necessary, since the pressureautomaticallyis set.

WHICH TYPES OF RICE CAN I COOK IN IT?

You can prepare all types of rice in the rice cooker: sushi rice, sticky rice, Thai rice, short grain rice, natural rice, brown rice, white rice, congee, jasmine, basmati rice, and even rice pudding.

How do I steam and cook rice at the same time?

To cook rice and steam vegetables or fish at the same time, follow the steps below:

Prepare the rice as usual. Depending on the cooking time of the vegetables or fish, you can open the lid at any time during the cooking process and carefully place the steamer insert on the inner pot, then close the lid again. If the rice needs about 30 minutes and you want to prepare broccoli, for example, place the steamer insert with the broccoli on the pot after 15 minutes. The steaming time will automatically end when the rice is cooked.
