Function & Temperature Control

The KeMar BARISTA DELICIOSO KEM-117 is a compact portafilter espresso machine for preparing espresso and mixed coffee drinks. It features electronic PID temperature control to maintain the brewing temperature during the extraction process, as well as a pump system with up to 20 bar of pressure.

Versatility & Operation

Milk Frothing Nozzle: The swiveling stainless steel nozzle is used for frothing milk for coffee specialties such as cappuccino or latte macchiato, as well as for dispensing hot water.
Filter System: The unit is supplied with three filter inserts (for 1 cup, 2 cups, and E.S.E. pods).
Control & Maintenance: The machine is operated via a digital touch control panel. It features cleaning and descaling programs as well as a removable 1.7-liter water tank.

Features & Safety

Additional features include a cup warmer (passive heat), a removable stainless steel drip tray, and an automatic shut-off function after 30 minutes of inactivity.

MORE INFORMATION AND FAQ

Are the portafilter and filter baskets included in the scope of delivery dishwasher-safe?

No. The portafilter supplied with the machine is made of cast aluminum and isnot dishwasher-safe, as machine dishwashing detergents and cleaning salts can lead to unsightly discoloration of the material. We recommend cleaning the portafilter and filter baskets by hand with warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft sponge.

(Note: The KeMar KEM-117 stainless steel portafilter, available separately as an accessory, is dishwasher-safe.)

The KEM-117 BARISTA DELICIOSO features a state-of-the-art touchscreen display. Its simple and intuitive operation allows you to quickly access the six different programs and the automatic cleaning program.

20 BAR PUMP PRESSURE

The Italian 20-bar pump preserves the coffee's original flavor and moisture. The coffee becomes aromatic, smooth, and thus develops its full intensity.

FILTER SET FOR MANY BREWING OPTIONS

The package includes three different filters for the portafilter: one for a single espresso, one for a double espresso, and one for coffee pods. Also included is a tamper with a measuring spoon function to assist you every time.

EASY CLEANING

The drip tray can be easily removed and cleaned under running water or in the dishwasher. It fits cups up to 10 cm tall.
