Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe (yellow) mango
  • 2 Greek yogurts (150 ml each)
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp brewer's sugar
  • 1 cardamom capsule (without shell)
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 carnation
  • 2-3 ice cubes as desired

Preparation:

Peel and pit the mango, add all ingredients to the KSB's 2-liter container, and blend using the smoothie program. Serve immediately and enjoy with a sustainably produced straw 😊
