Ingredients:
1 large artichoke
1 lemon (juice - squeezed)
some salt
Preparation:
Cut off the artichoke stem. Squeeze the lemon. Cook the artichokes with the lemon juice in lightly salted water (half-fill the pot with water) for 35-40 minutes.
