• Safety precautions: Do not expose the drinking straw to direct open flames. Not suitable for use in the microwave.

ARE THE GLASS STRAWS DISHWASHER AND MICROWAVE SAFE?

• Dishwasher safety:Yes, the borosilicate glass straws are dishwasher safe. For thorough cleaning, they can be placed upright in the cutlery basket or in the glass rack. Alternatively, simple cleaning by hand with lukewarm water, a little mild dish soap, and the included cleaning brushes is recommended.
• Microwave use:No, the use of the glass straws in the microwave is not recommended. Although borosilicate glass is heat-resistant, the localized heating of liquids inside a closed straw or microwave hotspots carries the risk of stress fractures and delayed boiling.
