The inner pot is equipped with aTitanium-ceramic alloycoated. The coating containsno BPA, nickel, lead, cadmium and PFOA.

IS THE INNER POT DISHWASHER SAFE?

Yes, the pot is dishwasher safe, but we advise against it, as the aggressive cleaning salts in dishwasher tablets will damage the coating. We recommend cleaning with lukewarm water, a little dish soap, and a soft sponge.

HOW DO I CARE FOR THE INNER POT?

You can rub the pot with cooking oil, such as coconut oil or olive oil, before using it for the first time. This extends the life of the coating. We recommend using only a mild detergent and a non-abrasive cloth for cleaning. Dishwasher cleaning is not recommended, as the aggressive cleaning salts will permanently damage the coating. Only use the included rice spoon/ladle or a wooden spoon to remove rice/food from the pot.
