Is the stainless steel baking pan dishwasher safe?

Yes, the baking pan is made of solid, uncoated SUS 304 stainless steel and is fully100% dishwasher safe.

• Care instructions:Since the baking pan is completely coating-free and rustproof, it can be cleaned in the dishwasher without any problems. Alternatively, you can just as easily clean it by hand with warm water, a little dish soap, and a soft sponge or dish brush.

How do I best care for and use the stainless steel baking pan?

Before baking, it is recommended to lightly grease or brush the inside of the uncoated stainless steel baking pan with a little cooking oil (e.g., coconut oil or olive oil) and, if necessary, lightly dust with flour.

• Advantage:The greasing serves as a natural release agent, so that cakes, breads, or casseroles can be removed from the pan effortlessly and without residue after baking.
• Cleaning:After use, the pan can be cleaned very easily by hand with warm water and mild dish soap or directly in the dishwasher.
