Whey protein approx. 2 scoops or tablespoons
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
5-6 almonds
Approx. 150 ml fresh organic milk
preparation
Combine all ingredients in the 2-liter blender and select the milkshake program. If you prefer it colder, you can add 2-3 ice cubes.
