Barley grass and almond chia pudding. Extremely healthy and a great filler.
Ingredients
6-7 almonds
200 ml water
1 tbsp barley grass
1 tsp agave syrup to sweeten
3 tbsp chia seeds
preparation
Pour the water and almonds into the 1-liter jug. Blend in the manual mode for 20 seconds at speed 8. Then open the lid again and add the remaining ingredients. Blend in the smoothie mode for 1 minute. Then pour into a container and refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Enjoy.
