Breakfast smoothie with oatmeal. A delicious and quick smoothie for breakfast that will fill you up.

Menu:

Ingredients:

4 oranges

1 banana

2 teaspoons honey

500 ml buttermilk

150 g natural yogurt

40 g fine oat flakes

20 g whole-grain oat flakes (for sprinkling)

Preparation:

Juice the oranges. Peel the banana and cut into pieces. Place all ingredients, except the whole-grain oats, into the KSB-200 blender container (2 liters) and close the lid. Select "Smoothie" in the menu and press "Start." The blending process begins. The preset time of 33 seconds is perfectly adequate. Pour the finished smoothie into 2-4 glasses (depending on the size) and top with the whole-grain oats. Have fun trying it out! Enjoy!
