The rice cooker with a volume of 2.5 l is based on the functionality of the classic Japanese cooking pot, the so-called donabe, made of heat-resistant ceramic. The ceramic material of the pot heats up slowly and retains the heat for a long time. The double lid with vent holes ensures the right pressure inside and prevents boiling over.
The pot and both lids (uncoated, BPA-free) made of natural clay ceramic enable healthy and pollutant-free preparation.
It is operated via a touchscreen display with menu and keep-warm functions. A steamer insert made of clay ceramic is available as an option.
